NEW LIGHT FITTINGS ONLY TAKE £9 BULBS
Christopher Booker highlights the true cost of attempts to reduce carbon emissions in this article. Instead of paying 25pence for a light bulb, those with the new fitting will have no choice but to fit a new three pin bulb costing around £9.
