ITALIAN "KING OF ALTERNATIVE ENERGY" HAS ASSETS SEIZED
It may not actually be a crime to deal in green energy, but it certainly seems to be attractive to some less scrupulous businessmen. See this article for details of someone with alleged mafia links who seems to have done rather well out of it.
