Here are the details of the latest bondoogle. It is starting to look like a pattern. Hardly surprising really, as the Western governments start to wake up to the fact that they are simply handing over money and jobs without any real cuts in CO2 being made by the world as a whole. The whole thing is a pointless charade, but no government dare admit it. What a farce!
